Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the personal nature of fragrance and vapery products, we accept returns only for unopened items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded in full. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
